A brilliant woman!

This brilliant woman is making a brilliant talk on a Ted event in Houston. She figured so much out. Absolutely lovely! And she explains it so wonderfully!

Understanding
Your whole system is created to keep you from feeling pain. That is why your mind is always busy watching TV, worrying, thinking or busy working all the time. That is the simple explanation as to why we have an Ego.

The Ego is only created to numb out emotional pain.

When you don’t accept and feel your emotional pain – you shut down all the other emotions such as joy, gratefulness, creativity and so much more. When you accept and feel through your emotions you will so grow as a human being – and purpose and love can find you – and you can start to be happy and fulfilled again. Simple huh?

You just need to be authentic and real…

What a brilliant woman!

Wonderfully presented and landing of her message by storytelling! Thanks for posting Mads. :)

    • Well it is actually quite easy. Only purpose for our ego is to shield us from emotional pain – and that also shield us from gratefulness, love, creativity, happiness and all the good stuff. Thanks Pemma :)

    And the day came…

….when remaining tight in the bud

    was more painful

than the risk it took to blossom…
